Here in the U.S. – and I suspect in other countries as well – this raises red flags about how younger generations will be able to generate the resources necessary to care for aging and declining older generations. It also upends the economic growth models that have kept us all in business pretty much forever.

On The Second Act Show, we’re talking with demographic futurist Bradley Schurman, author of “The Super Age: Decoding Our Demographic Destiny.” Bradley is a former AARP exec and policy consultant. He explores the unexpected impact of this impending crisis and suggests ways that private and public organizations and governments can and should address these challenges.
