Tim Driver is a social entrepreneur who got into the second-act career space early.\u00a0Retirementjobs.com<\/a>\u00a0was the first job site to appeal specifically to older workers who were feeling shut out of the big job boards. He went on to start Mature Caregivers, and the Age Friendly Institute. His mission is to make the multi-generational workforce the norm, and to eliminate age bias. As a thought leader, he served on a special council set up by the governor of Massachusetts to address age discrimination.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
