Visit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pivotplanet.com\/\"><strong>PivotPlanet<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to find out about hiring a mentor.<\/li>\n<li>Consider\u00a0<em>reverse mentoring<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 connecting with someone younger who can learn from and mentor you.<\/li>\n<li>Connect with a career coach.
