You\u2019ll learn how to celebrate small successes, develop new habits, and discover the routines you currently have that may have created your dissatisfaction in your career in the first place!<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"ext-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jobhuntersbible.com\/books\/view\/what-color-is-your-parachute-2015\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow\">What Color is Your Parachute?<\/a>, Dick Bolles<\/p>\n<p>This job search book is written by Dick Bolles, who is credited with founding the field of modern career counseling. The book is revised annually and is considered so popular all around the world that it\u2019s considered the \u201c<a class=\"ext-link\" href=\"http:\/\/jobhuntersbible.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow\">Job Hunter\u2019s Bible<\/a>\u201d. The 2016 edition will be available mid-August 2015.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/The-Sharper-Your-Knife-Less\/dp\/0143114131\">The Sharper Your Knife, the Less You Cry, <\/a>Kathleen Flinn<\/p>\n<p>In this particular book, author<a class=\"ext-link\" href=\"http:\/\/cookfearless.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow\"> Kathleen Flinn<\/a> recounts her story of following her passion to a Paris cooking school. If you\u2019re in a period of transition and asking yourself \u201cwhat do I want and how do I get it?\u201d, try reading this memoir! It might help you make your way through the muck and discover methods for making your transition not only palatable, but more flavorful!<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"ext-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Do-What-You-Are-Personality\/dp\/031623673X\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow\">Do What You Are<\/a>, Paul D. Tieger, Barbara Barron, and Kelly Tieger<\/p>\n<p>Another classic, this best-selling guide to personality type will help you find satisfying career success. You will need to know your Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality type. To take the \u201cofficial\u201d inventory, you must purchase the multiple-choice questionnaire, but there are many variations online that you can take at no cost (try <a class=\"ext-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.16personalities.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow\">16 Personalities<\/a>). Also, the <a class=\"ext-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.myersbriggs.org\/my-mbti-personality-type\/mbti-basics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow\">MBTI site<\/a>itself offers guidance in determining your type based on descriptions of each.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"ext-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Who-Moved-My-Cheese-Amazing\/dp\/0399144463\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow\">Who Moved My Cheese? An Amazing Way to Deal with Change in Your Work and in Your Life,<\/a>Spencer Johnson<\/p>\n<p>Experiencing a lot of change at work or in life? This is a great book for helping readers reframe their attitudes when change is imminent. <a class=\"ext-link\" href=\"http:\/\/spencerjohnson.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow\">Spencer Johnson<\/a> is known for his style of taking what seem to be complex, multi-faceted issues and explaining them in simple, manageable bits.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Leadership\/Teamwork\/Morale:<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><a class=\"ext-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tablegroup.com\/books\/dysfunctions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow\">The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable,<\/a> Patrick Lencioni<\/p>\n<p>Office politics driving you crazy? Give this book a read. Author <a class=\"ext-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tablegroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow\">Patrick Lencioni <\/a>portrays lessons in teamwork told through a fictional story.
